Founder and Principal Owner, Eric Estrada, has been a local industry leader for over 15 years. He always has had a bigger and brighter vision for the local real estate industry and that all started with his love for community. From a young age Eric was ambitious and always set his eyes on a higher level of achievement. In life and real estate he took pride in telling a story, connecting with people around him and helping others succeed. As his career in real estate developed he took it upon himself to develop a unique, bold, yet aspiring work environment that would help agents focus on their clients, and in-turn help them create a fulfilling, wholesome experience to share. Real estate is not just a transaction but instead a relationship building journey that not only helps our clients with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives but helps our agents focus on growing a relationship with their clients now and into the future.
Eric Estrada is a Colorado Springs native with 15+ years of real estate experience in the states of California, Colorado, Nevada, and Florida. Eric is currently a licensed Employing Level Broker in Colorado, Indy Office Owner of KW Aspire at KW Clients’ Choice, and Expansion Team Owner of the Homes of Expansion Network which services the entire Colorado Front Range, Wyoming, and Texas. His recent accomplishments include being within the Top 1% of Agents in Colorado Springs via Peak Producers (2021-present), ranked among the Top 100 Teams in the United States on NAHREP’s (2021-Present) annual ranking report and ranked among the Top Teams in the state of Colorado on RealTrends + Tom Ferry (2021-present) America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List. Eric previously worked with a national real estate firm as Vice President, leading a team upwards of 1,000 real estate professionals throughout multiple regions across the U.S. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration both from Grand Canyon University. Eric works well with others and works alongside his business colleagues to build culture, improve results and ultimately to help our community thrive.

In order to continue building a story within our local real estate community, Eric knew it was important to partner with business professionals who had similar values, morales, and ambitions. Through his connections within Agent of Excellence (AOE), a network of real estate professionals across North America inspired by Disney to deliver world class service and create magical experiences for their clients, he met AOE Founder and Owner, Monica Shea.
Monica Shea is originally from the Tampa Bay area of Florida, and relocated to Colorado Springs in 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica then expanded her credentials and became a REALTOR® in 2009.
Ranked in the top .1% of agents in her market, Monica has many credentials that prove her expertise and experience. Monica is a co-owner of the KW Aspire in Colorado Springs. , has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation, has the Agent of Excellence designation to deliver Disney-level service to her clients, and is a certified Military Relocation Professional to be able to guide members of our armed forces through the maze of military moves. In addition, Monica has earned the status as a KW Luxury agent, with her track record marketing and selling high end properties, and is also part of the elite KW Sports + Entertainment network.
