My philosophy is simple to serve and help clients with there real estate needs. I am originally from Chicago Born and Raised. Our family relocated to Colorado in 2002 due to getting stationed at Ft Carson. With over 20 years of experience in customer service and real estate, I am able to effectively communicate and negotiate my successful skills in today's market. I receive referrals and repeat business. I am truly grateful and appreciative of that. My Pride and Joy are my 3 children. A daughter who served in the US Air force, now Reserves and work in Logistics and 2 sons one in his last year of college who graduate in May and the other in his second year of college. I specialize with first time homebuyers, Military, seasoned buyers, sellers, investors, distressed sales such as foreclosures, new construction, and anyone seeking real estate services. I am proud to be an Accredited Buyers Representative(ABR) which means I have the designation and experience to work with Buyer-Clients every step of the home buying process. I'm also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) who is certified and focused on working with current and former military service members in find housing that best suits their needs.
