About Me
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Nanette “Nan” Macdonald is a results-oriented sales associate where a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy in handling detail, imaginative ideas and a bright outlook are assets in buying or selling your home. She has excellent communications skills, with an outstanding ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Nan’s long-term experience of 27 years working as a full-time sales associate at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in Honolulu, Hawaii, sales in Massachusetts as a Realtor © and life insurance agent with New York Life, have provided her a strong foundation for her career as a residential sales associate in Colorado.
Nan also worked as an executive assistant for construction, accounting and food manufacturing firms; as well as a life insurance agent with New York Life in Massachusetts. Her attention to detail and ability to network with vendors and associates are an asset to her sales career.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND:
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, from a U.S.Navy family. Nan lived and worked in Massachusetts for several years. She raised two children, who now live in Hawaii and France. She has an eight-year old granddaughter. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2020. Her late husband was a mortgage broker and retired Naval officer.
